free therapy options through okay, let’s unpack this initiated in april 2020, during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. it all started with the generosity of a few clinicians across the country, who volunteered their services to dancers in need. to this day, we have had 25 mental health professionals donate over 400 sessions to more than 70 dancers nationwide

due to these overwhelming numbers, okay, let’s unpack this recognized the pressing need to make this a more sustainable offering, and by December 2020, we received funding, and partnered up with selected mental health professionals, to create a sustainable option of free individual therapy for anyone within the dance community. services are provided on a first come, first serve basis

we recently reached over 1000 free sessions provided, since the start of the program in April 2020
